AALTO UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION 2026
Students, employees, and alumni of Aalto University can register for the 2026 event at a special price – registration opens in February 2026!
Students, staff and alumni of Aalto University have the opportunity to participate in our running event under special conditions. You will also receive information about these conditions and prices through the university’s own communication channels. During registration, you will be asked about your place of study or work at Aalto University.
Special prices for Aalto affiliates in 2026:
Rantamarathon – €40 / person
Ranta Half Marathon – €40 / person
Ranta 10K – €25 / person
Ranta 5K – €20 / person
Ranta Walk (5 km, no timing) – €20 / person
The participation fee includes:
Timing (NOTE: not included in the Ranta Walk) and international-level UltimateLIVE results service
GPS tracking via an app
A finisher’s medal
Refreshment stations along the route (not included in the Ranta 5K) and at the finish
Pacemaker service for the marathon and half marathon
A printable diploma delivered electronically

As part of our environmental program, the event shirt is not included in the participation fee. You may order the shirt separately (€15) or purchase it on site (€20), while supplies last.
Registration for each distance closes one hour before the start of that distance.
